We take care of the equipment included in your monthly fee. If your unit is faulty we’ll get you a new one right away (doesn’t count if you throw it off the roof or your dog eats it). Need a new battery? No problem; we want your service to be trouble free.

60-day Free Return Shipping


If you activate and use your eCaregiver Service for 30-days and decide not to keep it, we’ll e-mail or fax you a pre-paid return shipping label absolutely free.

Cancel Anytime / No Long-term Contracts


It’s your money you can spend it wherever you like. At eCaregiver we “earn your business every month” there are no long-term contracts, no early termination fees and no hidden charges.

Best Method Refund Policy


If for any reason we agree a refund is due to you, we will stop what we’re doing and get you that money quickly. We can credit it back to your card or write you a check and drop it in the mail, whichever is best for YOU.

If you have received a discount for pre-paying for service and you decide to cancel, we will refund your remaining months of service less the discount applied to months used or we’ll simply charge out the remaining months, whichever is best for YOU.

We hate to do it, however good relationships start with good communication. Here’s a few of the finer points regarding our policies above. Please be sure to review our Agreements for details as they do supersede this information.

Absolute Assurance Warranty


1. eCaregiver will honor manufacturer warranties that all products will be free from defect in manufacturing or workmanship for so long as you maintain an active account with us.

2. Warranty Terms don’t include extraordinary wear an tear or damage from misuse, abuse or failure to follow operating instructions. The usual.

60-day Free Return Shipping


1. You must have activated and used the service at least two times during a 30-day period to qualify.

2. You are still liable for service charges (and damaged or missing parts if any) until the equipment is received in accordance with our Valued Relations Return Policy.

3. eCaregiver will e-mail or fax you a standard ground rate (USPS, UPS or FedEx) return label within three (3) working days. You will still need to properly package, secure and deliver the package to an approved drop-off location or schedule pick-up with the Carrier.

Cancel Anytime / No Long-term Contracts


1. There are no long-term commitments on your part but we do have a standard Service and Sales Agreement that does apply. Use of or Payment for Service does constitute your agreement with the Terms of Service and Sales Agreement.

2. eCaregiver must continue to charge for monthly service up until the time all equipment is returned to our warehouse (we’ll give you instructions at that time). All services are invoiced in whole-month increments and there is no pro-rating of services for partial months.

Best Method Refund Policy


1. Refunds over $200 must be verified by Accounting; Refunds over $500 may require Identification Forms.

2. Refunds must first be applied to any balance due, equipment charges or legal encumbrances. No refunds will be made for taxes paid (if any).

3. Refunds may only be submitted to the account for which the funds were drawn or the beneficiary of such account.
